A. Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
1. Minimum Purchase: 1 Pixel Block (1 Pixel block = 10x10 pixels). The only limit to the number of Pixel Blocks you may purchase is the limit of “unsold” which is available. The total number of pixel blocks found on the ImTheMan.com web page is approximately 10,000.
2. You are purchasing a Personal Pixel Banner, or advertisement, on the main page with a posting period lasting at least 4 years.
3. Images must be in GIF or JPEG format AND not animated.
4. Your pixel banner can be created entirely on the ImTheMan.com website, or, your pixel banner may link to an other web page. The link must begin with http:// or https://. You may also add your email address within the text of your Personal Pixel banner.
5. After successful PayPal checkout, your pixel block(s) will be reserved and you will see an “R”on your chosen spot. We will then verify your link, description and images. If payment is not received within two weeks, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
6. ImTheMan.com may need to move your pixel block. In the case that a pixel block is moved, every effort will be made to keep the pixel block as close to the original location as possible.
7. No refunds once your pixel block is accepted and put on the main page. Your purchase of a Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisement and link is final and cannot be refunded.
8. You must have the legal right to use the image or content you provide for your Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisement.
9. No obscene/offensive/ images/links/descriptions/text and/or unlawful use of protected images or content will be accepted. We (ImTheMan.com) reserve the right to decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative pixel advertisement. If you cannot provide an alternative within 14 days, your money will not be refunded and you will lose your pixel block.
10. If your Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisement and link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene/offensive/ images/links/descriptions/text and/or unlawful use of protected images or content, then your pixel advertisement will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and you will NOT receive a refund.
11. Although we (ImTheMan.com) will not change or remove your Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisements, we reserve the right to do so under such circumstances as a court order, lawsuit, or the discovery that the Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisement and/or link has been changed to contain obscene/offensive/ images/links/descriptions/text and/or unlawful use of protected images or content. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you will NOT receive a refund.
12. You can request your Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisement and link to be removed at any time but the space will become publicly available again and you will not receive a refund.
13. You have the ability to make changes to your Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisement by accessing your ImTheMan.com account.
14. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance, or as the result of an Acts of God such as storms, floods, hurricanes, or power outages, network attacks, Internet problems, or other issues. By using this website, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any costs you may have incurred or revenue or monies you may have lost for any reason.
15. When you purchase a Personal Pixel Banner or Pixel Advertisement, you do not own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the main page respective to your purchased pixel-block space.

ImTheMan.com is not responsible for use or misuse of information obtained from this website or any linked website and we make no claims as to the usability of any information, links or services on this website nor are we responsible for any damages that may occur due to its use. By using this website, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any costs you may have incurred or revenue or monies you may have lost for any reason.
ImTheMan.com is not responsible for the images, content, topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect will, therefore, be rejected. All offers are not-binding and without obligation.
